Dear Ms Harlow,
Thank you for choosing Alder & Reed to advise on the lease renewal for your Northgate premises. This letter sets out the scope of our work, who will do it, and what it will cost.
Scope of work
We will:
Review the current lease and any amendments to it.
Negotiate the renewal terms with the landlord’s agents.
Draft and agree the renewal documents.
Complete the renewal and register it where required.
Anything outside this scope, such as a dispute with the landlord, we will quote for separately before starting.
Who will do it
Maya Reyes, partner, will lead the matter and be your main contact.
Tom Okoro, associate, will handle day-to-day drafting.
Fees

Fees exclude taxes and third-party costs such as registration charges. We will send an invoice at the end of each stage.
